目的 探讨中药健肾方冲剂对去卵巢小鼠血清一氧化氮的影响,以进一步了解其治疗骨质疏松的作用机理.方法 60只雌性小鼠随机分正常组、模型组、健肾方防治组(高、中、低三个剂量组)及尼尔雌醇防治组.除正常组其余各组均切除卵巢.实验前后检测血清E2、NO含量,实验结束前检测骨密度.结果 健肾方防治组骨密度和血清E2、NO含量高于模型组.这说明去卵巢引起骨吸收加速,这可能与E2、NO的水平较低有关.E2含量的下降导致NO含量降低,从而使骨吸收增加,导致骨密度下降.结论 健肾方冲剂可防止去卵巢后的骨吸收,这可能与其提高体内E2含量有关,E2含量的提高,使NO增高,从而抑制骨吸收.

Objective To observe the effect of "Jianshenfang Chongji" (JSF) on serum NO in ovariectomized osteoporods Mouses, in order to comprehend the mechanism of JSF in treating osteoporosis.Methods Sixty female mousses were randomly allocated to six groups:normal group, model group, three JSF groups (with high, moderate and low dosages, respectively) and nilestriol group.All groups were resected ovaries expect normal group.Before and after the experiment, the levels of E2 and NO in serum were determined.And BMD was measured before experiment ended.Results There was significantly difference in BMD, E2 and NO between JSF groups and model group.The BMD、E2 and NO of JSF groups were higher than that of the model group.The effect of ovariecomy cause bone resorption accelerated.This may be the consequence of decreased expression of E2 and NO.The decreased expression of E2 may lead to the decreased expression of NO;the decreased expression of NO enhances the bone resorption, which leads to the decrease of BMD, and this is one possible important reason for female osteoporosis.Conclusion JSF can prevent osteoporosis in overiectomized mouses, this may be related with the increasing of E2, the increasing of E2 leads to the expression of NO and inhibition of bone resorption.
