为了解不同成熟度桑叶对洞庭原蚕生命力及其F_1卵质的影响,从4龄起至5龄见熟分别用适熟叶、嫩叶和老叶对洞庭原蚕进行饲养试验.结果表明,叶质对洞庭原蚕幼虫的生长发育情况、虫蛹生命力和F_1卵质等都有较大的影响.4~5龄期小蚕发生率、蚕期发病率和蔟中死蚕率老叶区分别是对照适熟叶区的1.85倍、2.08倍和1.81倍;4龄结茧率和4龄健蛹率老叶区分别较对照适熟叶区偏低2.91百分点和6.33百分点;老叶对F_1卵质的影响较小,单蛾产卵量和良卵数与对照适熟叶区差异不显著,但不受精卵率和死卵率高于对照,分别是适熟叶区的1.40倍和1.84倍.嫩叶对洞庭原蚕幼虫生长发育的影响较小,但对产卵量和卵质的影响较大,单蛾产卵量和良卵数显著低于对照,不受精卵率和死卵率分别是对照适熟叶区的2.83倍和2.46倍.洞庭原蚕以适龄适熟桑叶饲养成绩最好.

The larvae with fourth and fifth instar of Dongting silkworm were fed by mulberry leaves with different maturity degrees to study effects on its vital energies and F_1 egg quality. The results showed that the mulberry leaf quality had the great effects on larval growth and development, larval vital energies and F_1 egg quality of Dongting silkworm. The young silkworm occurrence rate, disease rate and death silkworm rate of larvae fed by old mulberry leaves was 1.85 times, 2.08 times and 1.81 times those of larvae fed by mulberry leaves with suitable maturity degree respectively, and the cocoon rate and healthy pupal rate of the fourth instar larvae fed by old mulberry leaves was 2.91% and 6.33% lower than those of larvae fed by mulberry leaves with suitable maturity degree. The old mulberry leaves had a little effect on F_1 egg quality, but the unfertile egg rate and death egg rate of larvae fed by old mulberry leaves was 1.40 times and 1.84 times those of larvae fed by mulberry leaves with suitable maturity degree. The young mulberry leaves had little effect on larval growth and development, but had a great effects on egg laying amount and egg quality, its egg laying amount and good egg amount was significantly lower that CK and its unfertile egg rate and death egg rate was 2.83 times and 2.46 times those of CK respectively. The best feed effect of Dongting silkworm is to use the mulberry leaves with suitable maturity as feed.
