采用体外筛选法从14株乳酸杆菌中筛选能吸附黄曲霉毒素B_1(AFB_1)的菌株,并探讨其吸附特性和机理.结果表明,植物乳杆菌F22吸附率最高;F22处理AFB_1 30min的吸附率较处理4h高(P<0.01);热处理使吸附率极显著上升(P<0.01);而人工胃肠液处理则导致吸附率显著下降(P<0.05);冻干过程对F22吸附率的影响不显著(P>0.05).乳酸杆菌对AFB_1的吸附具有菌株特异性,吸附效果与细菌细胞壁的组成和结构相关.

In order to study absorption characteristics and mechanisms of Lactobacillus plantarum to aflatoxin B_1 (AFB_1), 14strains with absorption capability to AFB_1 were screened in vitro. Lactobacillus plantarum F22 exhibited the highest absorption to AFB_1. Effects of F22 under various incubation times, heating-treatment, mimic gastric intestinal environment treatment, and lyophilization processing on absorption rate to AFB_1 were also investigated. Incubation of F22 and AFB_1 for 30 min showed the highest absorption (P<0.01). Heating-treatment promoted absorption capability to AFB_1 (P<0.01). In contrast, mimic gastric intestinal environment caused a significant decrease in absorption to AFB_1 (P<0.05) and no significant effect on absorption to AFB_1 was observed during lyophilization processing (P>0.05). Absorption capability of Lactobacillus plantarum to AFB_1 was strain-dependent due to the composition and structure of cell wall.
