基于量子相干原理,分析了脉冲激光泵浦的第二类型自发参量下转换产生的同频率纠缠双光子态.研究了同频率纠缠双光子的量子相干性质,并与由脉冲激光所产生的不同频率纠缠双光子的量子相干性质做了对比.结果表明,随着激光脉冲宽度的增加,不同频率纠缠双光子态的相位匹配函数的不对称性增加,纠缠光子对的相干性减小,同频率纠缠双光子态的相位匹配函数仍保持对称,纠缠光子对的相干性达到最大.
基于量子相榦原理,分析瞭脈遲激光泵浦的第二類型自髮參量下轉換產生的同頻率糾纏雙光子態.研究瞭同頻率糾纏雙光子的量子相榦性質,併與由脈遲激光所產生的不同頻率糾纏雙光子的量子相榦性質做瞭對比.結果錶明,隨著激光脈遲寬度的增加,不同頻率糾纏雙光子態的相位匹配函數的不對稱性增加,糾纏光子對的相榦性減小,同頻率糾纏雙光子態的相位匹配函數仍保持對稱,糾纏光子對的相榦性達到最大.

Based on the principle of quantum coherent, the entangled biphoton state with in frequency-coincident pumped by spontaneous type-Ⅱ parametric down-conversion is analyzed. The quantum coherent properties of this system are researched and compared with that of the frequeney-different biphoton. The results showed that as increasing the pump band-width, the asymmetry of the phase-matching Junction of the frequency-different biphoton state is increased, and then the coherence of entangled biphoton is diminished. However, the phase-matching function of the frequency-coincident biphoton state is still symmetric, and the coherence of entangled biphoton is best.
