目的:建立超临界CO_2萃取法提取和纯化灵芝孢子粉中总三萜化合物的最佳工艺条件.方法:采用超临界CO_2萃取技术,以正交试验考察提取压力、温度和时间对提取效果的影响.结果:最佳工艺条件为萃取压力22 MPa,萃取温度50 ℃,萃取时间2 h.总三萜化合物的回收率为17.6%,在灵芝孢子粉中含量为160 mg/g.结论:优选出的工艺稳定可靠,简便易行.

목적:건립초림계CO_2췌취법제취화순화령지포자분중총삼첩화합물적최가공예조건.방법:채용초림계CO_2췌취기술,이정교시험고찰제취압력、온도화시간대제취효과적영향.결과:최가공예조건위췌취압력22 MPa,췌취온도50 ℃,췌취시간2 h.총삼첩화합물적회수솔위17.6%,재령지포자분중함량위160 mg/g.결론:우선출적공예은정가고,간편역행.
Objective:To establish the optimal technology for extraction and purification of total triterpenoids from Ganoderma lucidum spores by supercritical CO_2 extraction.Methods:The influence of different factors such as extraction pressure,temperature and time on the extraction efficiency was studied. The technique of supercritical CO_2 extraction was optimized by orthogonal tests.Results:The optimal extraction technique was as follows:extraction pressure was 22 MPa,extraction temperature was 50 ℃,and extraction time was 2 h.The extraction efficiency of total triterpenoids compounds was 17.6% and the content of total triterpenoids in Ganoderma lucidum spores was 160 mg/g.Conclusion:The optimal technology is stable,reliable, convenient and practical for extraction of total triterpenoids from Ganoderma lucidum.
