采用CAE模拟技术,以超长装饰条为研究对象,应用有限元方法研究了温度场、压力场对注塑件残余应力及翘曲变形的影响.对影响超长塑件翘曲变形的因素(如模具温度、熔体温度、注射速率、保压压力等)进行分析,提出翘曲产生的原因及相应的改进措施.结果表明,翘曲变形的原因,主要是流道设计不合理,造成了塑料收缩不均匀和分子取向的不一致引起;其次是在充模过程中温度不均,造成冷却不一致而引起装饰条的翘曲变形.

채용CAE모의기술,이초장장식조위연구대상,응용유한원방법연구료온도장、압력장대주소건잔여응력급교곡변형적영향.대영향초장소건교곡변형적인소(여모구온도、용체온도、주사속솔、보압압력등)진행분석,제출교곡산생적원인급상응적개진조시.결과표명,교곡변형적원인,주요시류도설계불합리,조성료소료수축불균균화분자취향적불일치인기;기차시재충모과정중온도불균,조성냉각불일치이인기장식조적교곡변형.
By using the Computer Aided Engineering (CAE) technique,with super-long decoration strips as the research objective,the effects of temperature and pressure on residual stress and warpage deformation of injection molded part were studied with adopting Finite element method (FEM)analysis.The discussion on the computation of heat transfer,and warpage deformation with thermoplastic theories was emphasized.The factors affecting the warpage of super-long mould parts,such as moulding temperature,melting temperature,rate of injection and holding pressure,etc,were analyzed.The cause of warpage was analyzed and measures for improving the quality of the injection product were put forward.The analysis results show that the main reason of warpage deformation is the unreasonable design of the runuer which causing uneven shrinkage of plastics and dissimilarity of molecule directions.The second reason is the non-uniformity of temperature during mould-filling which causing non-uniformity in cooling-off.
