美国康奈尔净碳水化合物一蛋白质体系（CNCPS）充分反映了当前动物营养学发展的新趋势，随着CNCPS体系在国内的推广，大量的试验数据丰富了我国反刍动物可利用碳水化合物蛋白质体系饲料数据库。针对国内非蛋白氮和可溶性蛋白的测定方法不够统一的现状，本文综述了上述指标的测定方法。
