目的研制呋麻缓释滴鼻液,用于耳鼻喉科缓解急、慢性鼻炎的鼻塞症状.方法制定呋麻缓释滴鼻液制备工艺,并考察该制剂的稳定性、疗效.结果该制剂稳定性实验显示与对照组比较无差异,室温放置后其性状、色泽、含量及pH等无显著变化.结论呋麻缓释滴鼻液在鼻腔内滞留时间长,药效好,安全性好.

Objective To develop ephedrine hydrochloride and nitrofurazone release nasal drops and to investigate the effects of relieving nasal congestion in acnte and chronic rhinitis. Methods To draw up the preparation technology of ephedrine hydrochloride and nitrofurazone release nasal drops, studying the stability of the preparation. Results The preparation was no difference with the control group by stability experiment. Af-ter room temperature, the character, color, content and pH was no significant change. Conclusion Ephedrine hydrochloride and nitrofurazone release nasal drops has a long residence tine in the nasal cavity, good efficacy and safety.
