目的 观察化学指示卡对快速压力蒸汽灭菌的监测效果,并查找原因,采取措施,提高其对快速压力蒸汽灭菌监测的准确性及有效性.方法 观察50锅次灭菌过程中,温度、生物、化学监测结果.采取不同措施,观察化学指示卡的监测效果,化学指示卡用纸盒装灭菌者设为试验组1,化学指示卡用注射器空筒盛放灭菌者设为试验组2,化学指示卡常规裸露放置者设为对照组,经过108锅次的灭菌,记录温度监测、生物监测及化学指示卡合格情况.化学指示卡置于注射器空筒内灭菌者设为A组,将第五类化学指示卡裸露放置设为B组,经过55锅次灭菌,观察物理监测、生物监测、A和B两组化学监测合格情况.结果 在灭菌器正常使用条件下,灭菌器内温度、生物指示剂监测全部合格,而化学指卡合格率为78%,x2=12.35,P<0.01,差异有统计学意义.对照组、试验组1和试验组2化学指示卡合格率分别为:77.8%,94.4%,100%.3组比较x2=34.31,P<0.01,差别有统计学意义.3组中两两比较差异均有统计学意义.试验组1与组2均优于对照组,试验组2优于试验组1.A和B两组指示卡合格率均为100%,与生物监测一致.结论 化学指示卡裸露放置不能很好地监测快速压力蒸汽灭菌效果.在灭菌锅合格的情况下,无论是用注射器空筒盛放还是用小纸盒放置,均可大大提高化学指示卡的合格率.尤其是用注射器空筒盛放,化学指示卡变色合格率达100%,与生物监测及第五代化学指示卡监测结果一致,可以替代价格昂贵的第五代化学指示卡,值得推广应用.

Objective To observe the monitoring effects of chemical indicator on rapid pressure steam sterilization,search the reasons,and take measures to enhance its monitoring accuracy and effectiveness.Methods To observe the temperature,biological,chemical monitoring results during sterilization process 50 times with pot.The chemical indicator with sterilization was kept in paper box as the first experimental group,it was kept in an empty syringe as the second experimental group,it was exposed as control group.108 pot times after sterilization,chemical indicator discoloration failure rate were compared in the case of qualified temperature measurement.Results Under normal conditions of use,in sterilizer temperature and biomarkers monitoring were all qualified,the passing rate of chemical indicator cards was 78% (x2 =12.35,P <0.01 ),the differences were statistically significant.In three groups,there were statistical differences between any two groups.Conclusions Exposed chemical indicator cards can not very well monitor rapid pressure steam sterilization effect.In the case of qualified sterilizer,whether in empty syringe or in paper box,the pass rates of chemical indicator can greatly been improved.Especially chemical indicator cards keep in an empty syringe,its qualified rate is 100%,the results are consistent with those of biological monitoring and fifth generation chemical indicator cards.It can be taken placed of fifth generation chemical indicator cards.It is worth popularizing.
