目的探讨全方位护理对心肌梗死患者舒适度和满意度的影响.方法将60例急性心肌梗死的患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各30例,对照组采用常规护理方法,观察组采用全方位护理方法,比较两组患者的舒适度和满意度.结果观察组在生理、心理、社会文化和环境的舒适度方面的改善显著优于对照组(P＜0.05),且观察组心绞痛发作次数、住院时间、并发症、护理质量的满意度方面显著优于对照组(P＜0.05).结论全方位护理有利于改善心肌梗死患者的舒适度,减少心绞痛的发作次数,提高满意度,值得推广.
목적 탐토전방위호리대심기경사환자서괄도화만의도적영향.방법 장60례급성심기경사적환자수궤분위관찰조화대조조,매조각30례,대조조채용상규호리방법,관찰조채용전방위호리방법,비교량조환자적서괄도화만의도.결과 관찰조재생리、심리、사회문화화배경적서괄도방면적개선현저우우대조조(P＜0.05),차관찰조심교통발작차수、주원시간、병발증、호리질량적만의도방면현저우우대조조(P＜0.05).결론 전방위호리유리우개선심기경사환자적서괄도,감소심교통적발작차수,제고만의도,치득추엄.
Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing care on comfort and satisfaction of patients with myocardial infarction.Methods Sixty patients with acute myocardial infarction were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group was given routine nursing,the observation group was treated with comfortable nursing,the degrees of comfort and satisfaction of two groups were compared.Results The improvement of comforts about physiology,psychology,social culture and environment in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P＜0.05 ),and the angina frequency,the satisfaction degrees about duration of hospitalization,complications,quality of care in the observation group were obvious better than those in the conlrol group (P＜0.05 ).Conclusions Comprehensive nursingcare is beneficial to the comfort degree of myocardial infarction patients,and it can reduce angina frequency,increase satisfaction degree.That is worth popularizing.
