目的探讨实施精细化管理对防范胰岛素注射不良事件的影响.方法对2010年13例胰岛素注射不良事件的发生进行原因分析,通过制作提醒卡、制定工作程序,强化工作程序的落实及督查、制定《胰岛素知识快速阅读手册》和组建糖尿病网络组等一系列措施.结果 2011年胰岛素注射不良事件仅发生4例与2010年对照差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01).结论采用精细化管理措施防范胰岛素注射不良事件具有显著效果.

Objective To discuss the effects of delicacy management to prevent the adverse events of insulin injections.Methods The reasons of 13 adverse events of insulin injections in 2010 were analyzed.A series of delicacy management measures were practiced,including emphasizing the importance of watching carefully one item after another when working,making reminder cards,setting up proper working procedures,editing 〈 Insulin knowledge fast reading Handbook 〉,establishing a diabetes network group etc.Results The adverse events of insulin injection was decreased from 13 in 2010 to 4 in 2011.This was a statistically significant difference (P ＜ 0.01 ).Conclusions It has a significant effect by using delicacy management to prevent adverse events of insulin injection.
