目的:探讨端粒酶活性与肾细胞癌之间的关系.方法:采用改良TRAP法对32例肾细胞癌组织及正常肾组织和可疑癌旁组织中端粒酶活性进行检测,同时了解其与临床生物学特征的关系.结果:32例肾细胞癌组织中端粒酶强阳性17例,阳性12例,阴性3例,阳性率91%;32例正常肾组织中端粒酶弱阳性者仅2例,阳性率6%;可疑癌旁组织阳性者6例,阳性率19%.三组端粒酶活性比较,阳性率差异有显著性(P< 0.01).结论:肾细胞癌组织中端粒酶活性检出率高,特异性强,无假阳性和假阴性.提示端粒酶活检测可作为判断肾肿瘤恶性程度的标记物,并可能成为判断肾肿瘤预后的一项指标.
目的:探討耑粒酶活性與腎細胞癌之間的關繫.方法:採用改良TRAP法對32例腎細胞癌組織及正常腎組織和可疑癌徬組織中耑粒酶活性進行檢測,同時瞭解其與臨床生物學特徵的關繫.結果:32例腎細胞癌組織中耑粒酶彊暘性17例,暘性12例,陰性3例,暘性率91%;32例正常腎組織中耑粒酶弱暘性者僅2例,暘性率6%;可疑癌徬組織暘性者6例,暘性率19%.三組耑粒酶活性比較,暘性率差異有顯著性(P< 0.01).結論:腎細胞癌組織中耑粒酶活性檢齣率高,特異性彊,無假暘性和假陰性.提示耑粒酶活檢測可作為判斷腎腫瘤噁性程度的標記物,併可能成為判斷腎腫瘤預後的一項指標.
목적:탐토단립매활성여신세포암지간적관계.방법:채용개량TRAP법대32례신세포암조직급정상신조직화가의암방조직중단립매활성진행검측,동시료해기여림상생물학특정적관계.결과:32례신세포암조직중단립매강양성17례,양성12례,음성3례,양성솔91%;32례정상신조직중단립매약양성자부2례,양성솔6%;가의암방조직양성자6례,양성솔19%.삼조단립매활성비교,양성솔차이유현저성(P< 0.01).결론:신세포암조직중단립매활성검출솔고,특이성강,무가양성화가음성.제시단립매활검측가작위판단신종류악성정도적표기물,병가능성위판단신종류예후적일항지표.
Objective: To study the telomerase activity in human renal cell carcinoma and to evaluate the correlation with the clinicobiologic features of the neogrowth. Methods: The telomerase activity was studied by means of a modified telomeric repeat amplification protocol (TRAP) in 32 renal cell carcinoma tissues, 32 normal renal tissues and 32 paracancer tissues and its correlation with the clinicopathologic features of the tumor was evaluated. Results: Telomerase activity was strongly positive in 17, positive in 12 and negative in 3 cases of renal cell carcinoma tissues, the total positive rate being 91%. Telomerase activity was weakly positive (6%) in only 2 out of 32 samples of normal renal cortex tissues and positive in 6 paracancer tissues (19%), the difference was conspicuous (P < 0.01 ). Conclusion: The positive rate of telomerase activity was significantly higher in renal cell carcinoma tissues and might serve as a prognostic marker for estimating the biologic characteristics of renal cell carcinoma.
