目的 了解ICU专科护士的专业能力现状及其影响因素.方法 采用ICU专科护士专业能力问卷、一般自我效能感量表(GSES)调查202名北京市8家三级甲等医院ICU专科护士.结果 本组ICU专科护士专业能力得分为(3.79±0.44),处于良好水平；其中危重患者救护能力得分最高(4.18±0.35),专业发展能力得分最低(3.40±0.62).自我效能感、职称及工作年限对其专业能力有影响.结论 ICU专科护士的专业能力处于良好水平,应根据ICU专科护士的不同特征进行有针对性的管理和培养,从丽促进ICU专科护士整体护理专业能力的提高.

Objective To study the status of professional abilities of ICU specialist nurses and its influencing factors.Methods The questionnaire of professional abilities of ICU specialist nurses and general self-efficacy scale (GSES) were used to investigate 202 ICU specialist nurses in 8 Grade A hospitals in Beijing.Results ICU specialist nurses had a good level of professional abilities and the average score was ( 3.79 ±0.44) with the highest score in the critical patients' emergence treatment and care ability (4.18 ±0.35) and the lowest score of the professional development ability( 3.40 ± 0.62 ).General self-efficacy,professional title and working tenure were the influencing factors for their professional abilities.Conclusions The level of professional abilities of ICU specialist nurses is good,and it is necessary to manage and cultivate ICU specialist nurses according to their different character and to improve their professional abilities.
