目的揭示胃泌素受体(gastrin receptor,GR)在胃癌自分泌生长中的作用。方法应用受体的放射配基结合分析法,测定34例胃癌及其邻近黏膜的GR含量和亲和力(Kd),比较胃癌及其邻近黏膜表达GR的差异。结果 34例胃癌组织中,GR阳性者16例。胃体癌表达高亲和力GR的阳性率为77.8%(7/9),胃底贲门癌为50.0%(3/6),而胃窦癌为21.1%(4/19)。晚期胃癌(Ⅲ、Ⅳ期)表达高亲和力GR的阳性率为52.2%(13/24),早、中期胃癌(Ⅰ、Ⅱ期)为10.0%(1/10)。34例黏膜组织中,GR阳性者16例。有30例胃癌及其邻近黏膜组织表达GR基本一致。胃癌表达高含量GR的平均含量较邻近黏膜高。结论胃癌较周围黏膜易于表达高含量GR,其表达与肿瘤的部位和分期相关。

목적게시위비소수체(gastrin receptor,GR)재위암자분비생장중적작용。방법응용수체적방사배기결합분석법,측정34례위암급기린근점막적GR함량화친화력(Kd),비교위암급기린근점막표체GR적차이。결과 34례위암조직중,GR양성자16례。위체암표체고친화력GR적양성솔위77.8%(7/9),위저분문암위50.0%(3/6),이위두암위21.1%(4/19)。만기위암(Ⅲ、Ⅳ기)표체고친화력GR적양성솔위52.2%(13/24),조、중기위암(Ⅰ、Ⅱ기)위10.0%(1/10)。34례점막조직중,GR양성자16례。유30례위암급기린근점막조직표체GR기본일치。위암표체고함량GR적평균함량교린근점막고。결론위암교주위점막역우표체고함량GR,기표체여종류적부위화분기상관。
Objective To demonstrate the role of gastrin receptor (GR) in autocrine growth of gastric cancer. Methods Radioligand binding assay of receptor was used to determine gastrin receptor in specimens of gastric cancer and its neighbouring mucosa from 34 patients. Results 16 cases of gastric cancer had positive GR. High-affinity GR expression was present in 77.8% (7/9) and 50. 0% (3/6) in cancer of gastric body and fundus respectively, but only 21.1% (4/19) in cancer of gastric antrum. The positive rate of high-affinity GR expression in Ⅲ + Ⅳ stages (52. 2% ) was higher than that in Ⅰ + Ⅱ stages (10. 0% ). 16 of 34 cases of gastric mucosa had positive GR. The expression of GR in gastric cancer was consistent with that in neighbouring mucosa in 30 patients. The average GR contents was higher in gastric cancer than that in neighbouring mucosa. Conclusions High-contents GR (GR > 10 fmol/mg. pro) is easier to be expressed in gastric cancer than that in gastric mucosa. The GR expression is correlated with the site and the stage of gastric cancer.
