本文对沙溪口#01机组失磁保护(功率方向元件)动作事故停机从保护、励磁、调速器等专业逐一排查,确定是由于监控开机控制程序不够完善,在监控系统进行减负荷操作后"减有功"信号一直保持,导致#01机组有功迅速减到零,无功进相后功率方向角落入功率方向动作区内机组动作停机。

The operating accident tripping of loses magnetism protection(power directional element) to Unit #01 in ShaXikou plant was investigated from protection,excitation,velometer and so on in the paper.The imperfect starting monitor and control control procedure was determined to be the cause.After the load shedding was run the signal of active power shedding would be kept,which would result the active power of Unit #01 to reduce to zero rapidly.Then after reactive power led in the phase,power angle would enter the power direction operating area and unit would operate to be off.
