在航天等空间产品中使用的分布式供电系统中,总体电路一般只提供27~30 V的直流一次电源,各单机产品大多采用DC/DC模块将该一次电源转换为所需的二次电源,并实现一次地与二次地的隔离。分析了INTERPOINT公司的DC/DC模块的输入端反接后,输入电压对DC/DC模块、电源保护滤波电路及负载的影响,通过仿真与验证试验,得出电源模块输入端反接后单机产品中电源保护电路发生作用,对产品中负载无影响,可以继续使用。电源模块失效分析对航天产品中电源模块中出现类似的故障后的处理提供了参考。

The distributed power supply system of the aerospace only provide a 27-30 V DC power supply, the products for aerospace adopt DC/DC power supply to convert the first power source to the secondary power source, and isolate the ground of the first power source and the secondary power source. When the input of DC/I）C power supply of INTERPOINT is reversed , the effect of input voltage to the DC/DC power supply, to filter and protection circuit for power supply and to the load of is analyzed in this paper. The simulation and experiment result for load of the product is protected by protection circuit is obtained. The analysis of invalid power supply is offered reference for the similar bug of other aerospace product.
