探讨阻燃剂聚磷酸蜜胺盐(MPP)和实验室合成的受阻胺(HA)对PP/EVA共混胶的协效阻燃作用。通过极限氧指数法、UL-94垂直燃烧法和锥形量热仪实验,结果表明:当HA与MPP比为1:1时阻燃效果最佳,形成的膨胀型炭层量大、致密,成炭效果明显;两者本身都具有一定阻燃作用,但是成炭量不大,效果不好;两者混合并用时,存在协效阻燃作用。

The fire performance of PP/EVA blends containing flame retardants melamine pyrophosphate (MPP) and hindered amines(HA) synthesized in laboratory and their synergism were discussed. It is shown that the optimal ratio of intumescent flame retardant MPP/HA was 1 : 1, the large quantity and density of intumescent char was obviously formed, better than the single addition of MPP or HA had some degree flame - retardant effect on PP/EVA system with little char by experiments of limiting oxygen index, UL -94 test and cone calorimeter. The synergistic effect between MPP and HA did exist.
