采用浸叶法测定了两种农药对黄野螟的增效作用及两种药剂复配的适宜配比。结果表明:甲维盐和苏云金杆菌对黄野螟的制剂LC50值分别是0.0000001286mg/L和0.0006943385mg/L,前者毒力大于后者;两者以重量比为8∶2、7:3和6:4混配时的增效作用最明显。

The synergistic effects of Emamectin--benzoate, Bacillus thuringiensis, and their mixtures on Heortza wtessoides were tested in the laboratory by the leaf--dipping method. The results showed that the LC50 of Emamectin--benzoate and Bacillus thuringiensis were 0. 0000001286mg/L and 0. 0006943385mg/L, respectively. The mixture of Emamectin--benzoate and Bacillus thuringiensis with ratio of 8 : 2, 7 : 3 or 6:4 had remarkable synergistic effects.
