The research results of comprehensive utilization of lean pyrite are introduced, including: the pyrite concentrate with w(S) of 46% can be enriched from lean pyrite with w(S) of 15%; with the roasting technology of fluidized bed roaster, the pyrite slag with w(Fe) 〉62%, w(S) 〈4% made from pyrite concentrate can be used as iron concentrate in the steel plant, the economic benefit of 150 million RMB Yuan can be created per year; the cascade utilization of steam from sulfuric acid production can create the new efficiency of 19.25 million RMB Yuan with the standard coal saving of 75 kt and CO2 emission reduction of 47.7 kt per year.
