以2007-2010年已披露研发支出的制造业、信息技术业上市公司为研究样本,实证分析了股权融资对研发投入的影响。研究发现：股权融资比例与企业研发投入呈正相关关系,而且这一关系在不同成长能力的企业中具有显著差异性。

Based on data of RD investment of listed manufacturing,information technology companies from 2007-2010,the paper empirical analysis impact of equity financing to RD investment.The result shows：there is a positive correlation between equity financing and RD investment;and the relationship has the remarkable difference in the different growth ability＇s enterprise.
