本文分析现有电子装置的冷却负荷,无论直接或间接排放环境,均造成极大浪费;为此提出多功能循环回路驱动电子装置冷却系统这个技术集成的新概念,可就地充分回收和利用电子装置的冷却负荷,满足电子装置操作间在四季中的各种负荷,以实现5种功能;载冷剂的循环流经次序,确保了回路中循环水温的均衡分布,是实现多功能的技术前提;此外,通过控制热泵和风机盘管的运行切换,可使一年四季中电子装置的冷却负荷与其操作间的房间负荷保持平衡;优化各设备选型,可形成低流阻循环,从而降低运行成本;既节省一套电子装置操作间用热泵机组的初投资,也节省其运行费用。

The text analyses that the cooling load of electronic equipment in existence is causing large waste whether it is drained off toward environment directly or indirectly,therefore a new concept of integrated technology called electronic equipment cooling system droved by multi-function circulation loop is putted forward in order fully to recover and to utilize the cooling load of electronic equipment on the spot,it can satisfy all kinds of electronic equipment operation room loads in 4 seasons in order to realize 5 kinds' functions.The circulation order of cooling carrier flowing through has insured the proportion distributing of circulation water temperatures in the loop,and is the technology precondition to realize multi-function.Furthermore the cooling load of electronic equipment in 4 seasons of one year can be kept balance with the chamber load of its operation room by controlling the moving switch of heat pump and fan coil unit.Optimizing the selection of each facility can form low flowing resistance circulation in order to reduce moving cost.Both the initial investment of a heat pump unit used in electronic equipment operation room and its moving charge are saved.
