我国网络购物环境已经成熟，目前的网络购物市场以远程电子商务为主，而远程交易又存在一定的风险，这些现状都为同城电子商务的发展带来了机遇。同城电子商务作为远程电子商务的弥补，充分发挥地缘优势和便捷优势，必将成为电子商务今后发展的一个热点。本文分析了目前发展同城电子商务的网络基础和社会基础，剖析了远程电子商务中存在的风险对同城电子商务的促进作用，阐述了同城电子商务的发展空间及其前景。
