当前,国家开放大学已经拉开筹备、建设的序幕。进入战略转型的重要机遇期,广播电视大学转型发展既是大势所趋,又面临诸多困难和挑战。必须统筹各方面工作,着力强化开放大学建设的思想基础、办学基础和系统基础。
噹前,國傢開放大學已經拉開籌備、建設的序幕。進入戰略轉型的重要機遇期,廣播電視大學轉型髮展既是大勢所趨,又麵臨諸多睏難和挑戰。必鬚統籌各方麵工作,著力彊化開放大學建設的思想基礎、辦學基礎和繫統基礎。

At present, the preparation and construction of the National Open University has started. Facing the critical opportunity in period of strategy transformation, the transformation development of radio and television universities has become an irresistible trend, though there are many difficulties and challenges. Therefore, it is necessary to make a whole plan for all aspects of work to lay a solid foundation of thoughts.
