介绍了南宁化工股份有限公司聚氯乙烯厂30 m3 PVC悬浮聚合生产装置投料工艺技术改造,该工艺将原有的投料方式由开盖投料改为全密闭投料,并对原有DCS系统进行相应改造。改造后,PVC聚合生产自动化程度得到明显提高,计量方式更精确,从而提高了生产效率,缩短了聚合辅助时间,提高了单釜产量;另外由于在反应过程中增加了注水程序,从而有效提高了反应釜的传热能力;同时DCS系统的改造,提高了生产的安全性和稳定性。

An improved technology of airtight feeding in PVC suspension polymerization(30 m3) process was introduced.The improvements of feeding method and DCS system led to higher automaticity of PVC polymerization and more precise measurement mode.Therefore,the production efficiency was obviously increased and the assistance time in polymerization was shortened.Moreover,the addition of water injection program in the process of reaction increased the capability of heat-transfer and the improvement of DCS system increased the security and stability of PVC polymerization production.
