As the most potential for development of lithium-ion battery cathode materials,olivine LiFePO4 had the advantages of excellent electrochemical properties,environmental protection,safety,low cost,good thermal stability,etc.The characteristics and performance of LiFePO4 structure were briefly described,focusing on an overview of the preparation process of LiFePO4.And the application of the material was prospected.
