党的十七届六中全会突出强调了加强文化建设、提高国家文化软实力的重要性。公寓文化建设作为文化建设的一部分，是高校德育工作的重要阵地。随着网络在公寓的普及使用，公寓文化建设面临新的机遇和挑战。文章以徐州师范大学为例，针对网络环境下的公寓文化建设进行了探讨和思考。

The Party＇s seventeenth sessions of six CCP plenary conferences highlighted the importance of strengthening cultural construction and improving the national cultural soft power. As a part of the cultural construction, apartment culture is the important position of the moral education in university. With the increasing use of Intemet in the apartment, the apartment culture construction faces new opportunities and challenges. The construction of apartment culture in the network environment were discussed and reflected by taking Xuzhou Normal University as an example.
