研究LED不同光质对洋桔梗组培苗可溶性蛋白含量的影响.为植物组织培养专用LED光源的研发提供数据支持和理论依据。以切花洋桔梗组培苗为试材,在不同配比的LED光质下生长一段时间后,对叶‘片进行可溶性蛋白含量测定。试验结果表明:红蓝复合光(1RB)处理的组培苗可溶性蛋白含量最高,为14.3143mg/g;红蓝绿光(RBG)处理的组培苗可溶性蛋白含量最低,为8.1063mg/g。红蓝复合光最有利于洋桔梗组培苗可溶性蛋白的合成。

연구LED불동광질대양길경조배묘가용성단백함량적영향.위식물조직배양전용LED광원적연발제공수거지지화이론의거。이절화양길경조배묘위시재,재불동배비적LED광질하생장일단시간후,대협‘편진행가용성단백함량측정。시험결과표명:홍람복합광(1RB)처리적조배묘가용성단백함량최고,위14.3143mg/g;홍람록광(RBG)처리적조배묘가용성단백함량최저,위8.1063mg/g。홍람복합광최유리우양길경조배묘가용성단백적합성。
In order to provide data support and theoretical basis for development of plant tissue material special LED light source, effects of different light qualities on soluble protein content of Eustoma grandiflorum in vitro under LEDs were investigated.Arraying Eustoma grandiflorum plantlets in virto under different ratios of LEDs light quality for tissue culture ,the soluble protein contents in leaves were determined.The results showed that:soluble protein content of seedlings with 1RB treated was the highest,reached 14.314 3 mg/g,soluble protein content of seedlings with RBG treated was the lowest,reached 8.106 3 mg/g.It's conclude that 1RB was most conducive to the synthesis of soluble protein for Eustoma arandiflorum.
