库存管理工作是物流管理中的一项重要工作,是一个单位整体管理水平和经济效益的直接体现,其各部门之间的工作需要互补、配合、协调。如何做好库管工作,切实提升保障能力,最大限度地满足科研需求,是科研服务保障工作者的一项重要课题。药品器材供应站设备器材库、玻璃器材库工作人员根据工作实际,通过库管理论知识的学习和实践,增强了与科研人员之间的沟通交流,改进服务措施,强化服务意识,提高了业务技能,提升了服务保障能力。通过2010年与2009年常用物资发出量的比较显示,科研保障能力得到了明显提升。做好库管工作,不仅需要具备相关的业务知识,关键在于要有较强的责任心、事业心及牢固树立为科研服务的思想意识。

The warehouse work is among the most important parts of logistics management work. It keeps a complementary, cooperative, and coordinating relationship with other departments. Also, it is a direct embodiment of the general management level and economic benefit of an institution. Actually, there exist many difficult tasks for scientific research guarantee workers. It＇s still a big challenge for scientific research guarantee workers to deal with the problems such as how to do a better job on warehouse work, how to improve the guarantee ability indeed, and how to meet the needs of scientific research trying our best. The workers of equipment and glass of pharmaceutical equipment suppliers in our institution learned warehouse work knowledge and specific approaches according to the current situation. They increased the communication with scientific research personnel, improved service measures, intensified service guarantee consciousness, promoted related skills, and enhanced the guarantee ability. Comparing the whole issued amount of materials in 2010 and 2009, we can find that our guarantee ability has improved a lot. We think that it’s essential to be more responsible and build up a service consciousness besides having related knowledge to do a better job.
