目的：介绍及讨论常见的18F-FDG合成模块的工作原理、主要结构组成、关键技术指标。方法：对国内外多种18F-FDG合成模块的主要特点、常见问题进行对比分析并总结。结果：不同厂家的18F-FDG合成模块各具特点,容易出现的问题也各不相同。结论：目前市售合成模块均能安全、稳定、有效地运行。但未来应进一步提高其稳定性、安全性及易操作性。

Objective：To describe and discuss the rationale,main componentsand key technical indicators of the synthesis module for 18F-FDG.Methods：Themain features of a variety of 18F-FDG synthesis modules were compared and issuesdiscussed.Results：Different synthesis modules had distinct features and theywere prone to different problems.Conclusion：In general,the synthesis modules for 18F-FDG currently on sale can run safely,stably,and efficiently.The 18F-FDG synthesis modules should be much easier to operate and the stability and securityshould be further improved in the future.
