研究了以三聚氯氰(CNCL)和三溴苯酚(TBP)为原料,以复合物CJ-1为相转移催化剂,以氢氧化钠为缚酸剂,合成溴氮型阻燃剂2,4,6-三(2,4,6~三溴苯氧基)-1,3,5-三嗪(FR-245)的新工艺。结果表明,较适宜的合成工艺条件是:n(CNCL):n(TBP):n(NaOH):n(CJ—1)-1:3.05:3.05:0.05,低温反应0.5h,回流反应1.5h,产品收率96%,熔程228-230.5℃。
研究瞭以三聚氯氰(CNCL)和三溴苯酚(TBP)為原料,以複閤物CJ-1為相轉移催化劑,以氫氧化鈉為縳痠劑,閤成溴氮型阻燃劑2,4,6-三(2,4,6~三溴苯氧基)-1,3,5-三嗪(FR-245)的新工藝。結果錶明,較適宜的閤成工藝條件是:n(CNCL):n(TBP):n(NaOH):n(CJ—1)-1:3.05:3.05:0.05,低溫反應0.5h,迴流反應1.5h,產品收率96%,鎔程228-230.5℃。
연구료이삼취록청(CNCL)화삼추분분(TBP)위원료,이복합물CJ-1위상전이최화제,이경양화납위박산제,합성추담형조연제2,4,6-삼(2,4,6~삼추분양기)-1,3,5-삼진(FR-245)적신공예。결과표명,교괄의적합성공예조건시:n(CNCL):n(TBP):n(NaOH):n(CJ—1)-1:3.05:3.05:0.05,저온반응0.5h,회류반응1.5h,산품수솔96%,용정228-230.5℃。
The new synthesised technology of bromine-- nitrogen flame retardant 2,4,6-- tris-- (2,4,6-- tribromophenoxy) -- 1,3,5-- triazine (FR-- 245) was studied. FR-- 245 was synthesised via 2,4,6-- tribromophenol and cyanuric chloride as raw material, the complex CJ-1 as phase--transfer catalyst and NaOH as the bind acid agent. The research shows'that the best mole ratio of n(CNCL) :n(TBP) :n(NaOH) :n(CJ--1)is 1:3. 05:3.05..0. 05. The best technological conditions are 0. 5 h of reaction time at low temperature and 1.5 h of reaction time at reflux temperature. Under the optimized condition, the yield was up to 96%, the melting point of the product is 228--230. 5 ℃.
