光亮油是一种高附价值产品,目前国内生产的150BS光亮油黏度指数大多小于90,更高黏度指数的较少。文章通过试验对HVIH150BS光亮油进行研制,结果表明,通过不同DAO调合,可以生产出HVIH150BS光亮油产品,产品的黏度指数达到96,采用原料调合再加氢工艺既能适当提高BS光亮油黏度指数,又能扩大BS光亮油的原料来源。

At present,bright oil is a value-added product,most of 150BS bright oil at home has a lower viscosity index than 90.There is less bright oil with high viscosity index.In this paper,HVIH150BS bright oil was prepared by experiment.The results showed that HVIH150BS bright oil with a high viscosity index to 96 could be produced by blending different kinds of de-asphalt oils.By this way,not only the BS bright oil＇s viscosity index can be increased,but also the raw material source can be enlarged.
