集体林权制度改革日益深化，森林资源资产的处置、转让和抵押贷款等经济行为频繁发生，为了探索森林资源评估理论与实务，选取昆明北市林区华山松为研究对象，结合资产评估理论，对华山松商品林林木资产进行评估。
集體林權製度改革日益深化，森林資源資產的處置、轉讓和牴押貸款等經濟行為頻繁髮生，為瞭探索森林資源評估理論與實務，選取昆明北市林區華山鬆為研究對象，結閤資產評估理論，對華山鬆商品林林木資產進行評估。
집체림권제도개혁일익심화，삼림자원자산적처치、전양화저압대관등경제행위빈번발생，위료탐색삼림자원평고이론여실무，선취곤명북시림구화산송위연구대상，결합자산평고이론，대화산송상품림림목자산진행평고。
frequent occurrence of the economic behavior about disposal of forest resources assets, transfer , mortgage loan and so on, with the deepening of the reform of collective forest property right system. In order to explore the theory and practice of the evaluation on forest resources , taking Pinus armandii Franch as the objective in this study , ombining the theory of aset ealuation and using the way of replacement cost etc to ealuate the asset of commercial forest of Pinus armandii Franch.
