项目制是我省推进中小学教师培训制度改革的一项新举措。项目制背景下教师培训首先要调研把握教师需求,其次要善于整合利用本地培训资源,第三要设计科学合理的培训方案,第四要用心用情地组织实施。在这些基础上,就会形成一个“以效促效”的良性循环的教师培训长效机制。

Project-based training system is a reform having been implemented to improve teachers' development in compulsory education. There are four points to remember when the training is to be carried out: investigating the trainees' needs, making use of the integration of local sources, designing a scientific training plan, implementing meticulously. On this basis, an effective long-term mechanism will promote the training effects positively.
