根据2002-2009年浙江省的统计数据,以灰色关联度分析方法为基础,对浙江省科技投入的三个指标R＆D经费投入、科技人员投入和政府财政科技拨款与经济增长进行关联性分析。结果表明,三者对浙江省经济增长有正相关的关系,且科技人员投入对经济增长的影响更大一些。
근거2002-2009년절강성적통계수거,이회색관련도분석방법위기출,대절강성과기투입적삼개지표R＆D경비투입、과기인원투입화정부재정과기발관여경제증장진행관련성분석。결과표명,삼자대절강성경제증장유정상관적관계,차과기인원투입대경제증장적영향경대일사。
According to the statistical data of Zhejiang Province from 2002 to 2009,based on a method of gray connection to analyse the connection between the three index of technical investment——RD funds,technical activity researchers investment and local government science and technology appropriation——and economic growth of Zhejiang.The result shows that all of the three have certain connection to the economical growth,and technical activity researchers investment has a more obvious influence on economic growth.
