食品工程原理是食品科学与工程专业本科的主干课程,对学生整个专业学习及工程素质培养有着至关重要的作用。在地方院校应用型本科建设的大背景下,要在教学思维和方式上不断探索创新,把学生工程素质和能力培养作为培养核心,从而提高食品工程原理课程的教学质量。
食品工程原理是食品科學與工程專業本科的主榦課程,對學生整箇專業學習及工程素質培養有著至關重要的作用。在地方院校應用型本科建設的大揹景下,要在教學思維和方式上不斷探索創新,把學生工程素質和能力培養作為培養覈心,從而提高食品工程原理課程的教學質量。

Food Engineering Principles is a backbone course for undergraduates majoring in food science and engineering playing a vital role in the students' professional study and quality training.In response to the construction of application-oriented local undergraduate colleges,the teaching thinking and methods should be explored and innovated,and the cultivation of the students' engineering quality and ability should be considered as the training core in order to improve the teaching quality of Food Engineering Principles.
