通过深入访谈,先后对广州6所高校45名在校本科生进行了有关心理契约的深入访谈调查,对心理契约维度进行探讨。访谈资料分析结果表明,学生德育心理契约由帮助发展责任、教学支持责任、人际支持责任、人格支持责任四个维度组成。最后对大学生德育心理契约维度的内容、含义及大学生德育心理契约所反映出的现实问题进行了讨论。

Through an interview of 45 undergraduates in 6 universities of Guangzhou, we conducted a survey on the psychological contract to study the psychological contract dimensionality in moral education. Results of the interview show that undergraduates' psychological contract comprises four dimensions: namely, development aided responsibilities, teaching supported responsibilities, connections supported responsibilities, and personality suppor- ted responsibilities. Finally, we present a discussion on the contents and implications of the four dimensions and the practical problems reflected by the psychological contract of the undergraduates.
