通过不同激素配比诱导文冠果组培苗生根的试验,结果表明:添加0.5 mg.L-1 NAA和0.5 mg.L-1的IBA,文冠果组培苗生根率达70%,根系生长健壮。从部分生根苗移栽效果上看,文冠果尽管生根困难,但移栽相对容易成活。

통과불동격소배비유도문관과조배묘생근적시험,결과표명:첨가0.5 mg.L-1 NAA화0.5 mg.L-1적IBA,문관과조배묘생근솔체70%,근계생장건장。종부분생근묘이재효과상간,문관과진관생근곤난,단이재상대용역성활。
Through root-induction experiments of tissue culture seedlings of Xanthoceras sorbifolia by different hormone combinations,result shows that: rooting rate reaches 70% with adding 0.5 mg·L-1 NAA 0.5 mg· L-1 IBA;root grow healthy and strong.From the point of transplanted result for part of tissue-cultured seedlings,Xanthoceras sorbifolia are relatively easy to live while transplanting despite its rooting difficulties.
