A design of smart temperature sensor on transmission line is proposed.The sensor is formed with temperature sensor units and wireless adapter modules,which provide external RS-485 interface with standard SDI-12 communication protocol.The wireless communication between temperature acquisition unit and wireless adapter unit used industrial scientific medical(ISM) band at 433 MHz,which have the characteristic of distance communication.
