为了提高PEMFC(质子交换膜燃料电池)发电系统的输出性能,本文以飞思卡尔的DSP芯片MC56F8013为核心,设计了一种测控系统,对整个PEMFC的发电过程进行监控。首先介绍了通用测控系统的基本组成,然后详细介绍了整个测控系统的软硬件设计,最后进行了系统的发电性能测试实验。实验表明,所设计的测控系统能保证电池的稳定输出,性能基本达到预期指标。
為瞭提高PEMFC(質子交換膜燃料電池)髮電繫統的輸齣性能,本文以飛思卡爾的DSP芯片MC56F8013為覈心,設計瞭一種測控繫統,對整箇PEMFC的髮電過程進行鑑控。首先介紹瞭通用測控繫統的基本組成,然後詳細介紹瞭整箇測控繫統的軟硬件設計,最後進行瞭繫統的髮電性能測試實驗。實驗錶明,所設計的測控繫統能保證電池的穩定輸齣,性能基本達到預期指標。

In order to improve the output performance of PEMFC(Proton Exchange Membrane Fuel Cell) system,the Freescale's DSP chip MC56F8013 is took as the controller,and a kind of measurement and control system is designed in this paper.The whole process of the PEMFC is monitored by the measurement and control system.At first,the basic components of the system are introduced in this paper.And then,the hardware and software of the system are described in detail.Finally,the experiments of the PEMFC output performance have been taken by us.The results show that the measurement and control system can guarantee the stability of the fuel's output,and basically meet the expected performance.
