本文针对土木工程专业本科毕业设计中存在的几点问题，结合笔者多年指导毕业设计的经验，为了更好的培养适应社会需要的高素质应用型土木工程专业人才，分析了目前本科毕业设计的现状及存在的原因，并提出相应的改革，严格规范毕业设计过程管理，并阐述过程管理的内容，通过实施这一管理来改善毕业设计的现状问题，为培养基础扎实、实践动手能力强、工作岗位上手快、社会适应性强的人才提高保障。
본문침대토목공정전업본과필업설계중존재적궤점문제，결합필자다년지도필업설계적경험，위료경호적배양괄응사회수요적고소질응용형토목공정전업인재，분석료목전본과필업설계적현상급존재적원인，병제출상응적개혁，엄격규범필업설계과정관리，병천술과정관리적내용，통과실시저일관리래개선필업설계적현상문제，위배양기출찰실、실천동수능력강、공작강위상수쾌、사회괄응성강적인재제고보장。
According to some problems in graduation project of undergraduates in civil engineering,this paper analyzes the status and reasons of graduation project of undergraduates, provides some ways to solve the prob- lems, makes strict standards for process management of graduation project, and describes the content of process management with the experience about guiding graduation projects in many years. These problems in graduation project can be effectively solved, and the students with firm and extensive knowledge, powerful ability, strong operative ability and high diathesis can be trained by the implementation of this management.
