阐述石英砂、树脂砂与人造陶粒的物理综合性能评价情况。对石英砂、树脂砂和人造陶粒三种支撑剂在不同闭合压力下的导流能力进行对比,并测试同种支撑剂不同粒度范围的导流能力。与以往实验室测试不同的是在三种支撑剂导流能力下降到一定数值后将闭合压力降低为零,再次测试三种支撑剂经高闭合压力后的导流能力情况,以此判断导流能力受到何种异常影响。

The paper elaborates the comprehensive performance evaluation of quartz sand, resin sand and artificial aggregate physical. The conductivity of three proppants such as quartz sand, resin sand and artificial ceramsite are tested under different pressures and conductivity of different particle sizes of the same proppant was also tested. Different form the previous laboratory testing, the flow capacity is reduced to a certain value when the closure pressure is reduced to zero, then test three kinds ofproppants again after high closure pressure. The findings has a guiding significance for future selection ofproppants in fracturing construction and field application.
