"幼教小学化"是一种严重违背幼教规律的倾向。本文针对师资缺陷、家长误识和社会压力等主要原因,提出解决"幼教小学化"问题,必须强化"在游戏中学习"的理念、加强幼教师资建设和解决好幼小衔接问题的三大应对策略。
"幼教小學化"是一種嚴重違揹幼教規律的傾嚮。本文針對師資缺陷、傢長誤識和社會壓力等主要原因,提齣解決"幼教小學化"問題,必鬚彊化"在遊戲中學習"的理唸、加彊幼教師資建設和解決好幼小銜接問題的三大應對策略。
"유교소학화"시일충엄중위배유교규률적경향。본문침대사자결함、가장오식화사회압력등주요원인,제출해결"유교소학화"문제,필수강화"재유희중학습"적이념、가강유교사자건설화해결호유소함접문제적삼대응대책략。
"Elementary-school-like pre-school education" is a tendency going against the pre-school education laws.On the basis of analyzing the main causes of shortage of teachers,parents' misunderstanding and social pressure,this paper forwards three strategies of intensifying the idea of "learning in games",strengthen faculty building and solve the linking question of the pre-school and the elementary school.
