采用干酪素法测定栀子花树叶中鞣质含量。结果表明,栀子中鞣质含量在1.001 6-6.009 6μg/mL范围内呈线性关系,R=0.999 5;样品平均加标回收率为96.04%,SD为0.012 6%,RSD为2.03%(n=6),此法准确度可靠,重现性好,可以作为植物鞣质含量测定方法。
採用榦酪素法測定梔子花樹葉中鞣質含量。結果錶明,梔子中鞣質含量在1.001 6-6.009 6μg/mL範圍內呈線性關繫,R=0.999 5;樣品平均加標迴收率為96.04%,SD為0.012 6%,RSD為2.03%(n=6),此法準確度可靠,重現性好,可以作為植物鞣質含量測定方法。

Casein method was used to determine the content of tannin in Cape jasmine leaves.The results showed that there was good relationship between gallic acid concentration and absorbance of gallic acid with a linear range from 1.0016 to 6.009 6 μg/mL(R=0.999 5).The average recovery in the spiked samples was 96.04% with the SD of 0.012 6% and RSD of 2.03%(n=6).The method is accurate,credible and reproducible,so it can be applied to determine the tannin content in leaves.
