通过实证研究,验证了中国文化背景下的创业意愿路径图,证实了创业教育对创业意愿有显著的影响。同时也发现创业行为规范知觉与创业行为控制知觉之间的关系并不稳定,它们之间的关系还需要更多实证研究的探索。结果同样表明在中国文化背景下,创业行为结果知觉、创业行为规范知觉、创业行为控制知觉之间的界限并没有西方文化背景下那么清晰或者是内涵上存在差异。再次证明“计划行为理论”应用于中国文化背景时需要考虑文化的差异,包括量表的重新开发。

This paper testifies the path map of entrepreneurial intention in Chinese context and confirms that entrepreneurial education has influence in entrepreneurial intention. It exhibits that the relations between entrepreneurial behavioral subjective norm and entrepreneurial perceived behavioral control is not stable. It need more study to explore. The result of the research also indicates that the boundary among entrepreneurial attitude toward the behavior, entrepreneurial behavioral subjective norm and entrepreneurial perceived behavioral control is less clear in Chinese context than in western context, or the connotations of these three concepts have some differences. It demonstrates that we nee to consider the couture differences when we apply the theory of planned behavior to Chinese context, including the questionnaire.
