对丙烯进料高速泵在运行中产生较大振动的原因进行分析,并采用巡检仪监测泵体及齿轮箱的振动信号,通过频谱分析判断故障发生的部位,在最短的时间内找出原因并加以排除。这是检查主要由机械原因和流体作用引起的高速泵振动,减小振动对机组危害最有效的方法。

The causes for vibration generated on PP feeding express pump in operation were analyzed. Through monitoring of the vibration signals from pump and gear case with itinerant detector, and determining the position of fault with spectral decomposition, the causes for fault were found out and cleared within the shortest time. This monitoring method was testified to be the most effective method for detection of vibration of express pump caused by mechanical factors and fluid force so as to reduce the damage of vibration on units.
