为自主研制大直径泥水盾构样机,对盾构控制系统检测试验台进行改造,重新设计了PLC控制系统。详细介绍试验台的硬件配置,分析改造之后的控制方案,采用Profibus总线控制方式建立了施耐德PLC与变频器、施耐德PLC与不同品牌的分布式I/O之间的联系,实现各种控制功能。重点研究并介绍刀盘变频驱动系统、推进系统和泥水输送系统的设计方案和实施过程。试验结果表明了控制系统的可靠性和有效性。

The test-bed of the shield control system is rebuilt and the PLC control system is re-designed,so as to develop large-diameter slurry shields by ourselves.The hardware configuration of the test-bed is presented in detail,the optimized control program is analyzed,and the communication between Schneider PLC and the frequency converter and that between Schneider PLC and distributed I/O are set up by means of Profibus-mastering mode.The design and realization of the frequency-converting drive system the cutterhead,the thrust system and the slurry supply system are studied with emphasis.The test demonstrates that the control system is reliable and efficient.
