将海藻酸钠与不同浓度和配比的混合酸酐在一定条件下进行交联反应,制得不同的交联海藻酸钠,再将交联海藻酸钠用自制简易湿法纺丝机经氯化钙凝固浴制成交联海藻纤维,并测纤维强度。配制人体模拟汗液,测定交联海藻纤维对汗液的吸湿性。用响应面法以交联海藻纤维强度及对模拟人体汗液的吸湿性能两部分为指标,对增强型混酐海藻纤维的最佳合成条件进行探讨分析,结果发现最佳合成条件为:混合酸酐的总量占绝干海藻酸钠质量的比重为3.78%、乙酸酐占混合酸酐的质量比重为9.03%、交联反应温度为59.98℃,交联海藻纤维的断裂强度为18.55cN/tex。对模拟人体汗液的吸湿率为2.00%。

Cross-linking reaction of Sodium alginate(SA) and mixed anhydride with different concentrations was occurred under certain conditions,then the cross-linking alginate fiber was prepared by wet-spinning in coagulation bath with the self-made wet-spinning machine.Prepared the artificial perspiration,and made a test on the hygroscopic of the fiber,then experimental scheme was designed by RSM.Finally,we got the enhanced mixed anhydride alginate fiber with the strength of 18.55 cN/tex,should be spun at the conditions as follows:The mass dosage of mixed anhydride to the dry SA was 3.78%,and the mass dosage of the acetic hydride to the mixed anhydride was 9.03%,the temperature of the Cross-linking reaction was 59.98 ℃,then,the fiber has the hygroscopic of 2.00% on artificial perspiration.
