This article, in the case of practical training, discusses the necessity of the cooperation of real-estate-data-platform of the cooperation between industries, academia and institutes based on a hedonic price model. Specific functions of the data platform are put forward to analyze the feasibility of constructing the data platform with the help of stakeholder theory. As a result, some countermeasures are proposed.
