在持续发展思想下，我国对土地利用系统的认识逐步加深．土地集约利用研究的对象从农用地向非农用地和区域土地扩展，更加注重城市土地集约利用的空间布局、土地集约利用效益的综合性、土地集约利用的动态性和层次性研究，可持续发展规划对土地集约利用有着重要的作用并产生了深远影响，并进一步指导我国今后的土地集约利用．

The purpose of this paper is to review the effect of sustainable development on the re search of land intensive use in China. Method of documentation was employed. The results indicate that under the influence of the sustainable development, understanding to land use system is deeper gradually. The objects of land intensive use research have been extending from farm land to non-farmland and regional land. The function of rational land spatial structure to land intensive use is emphasized. Complex benefit, dynamic and hierarchy of land intensive use have been paid more attention to. Planning is important to land intensive use. Sustainable development has profoundly effected and will give more guidance to the research of land intensive use in China.
