研究了无机盐、维生素、植物生长调节剂对绣球菌菌丝生长的影响。结果表明:硫酸镁、磷酸二氢钾和氯化钠质量浓度为1.0 g/L时,菌丝生长速率达到最大,随着添加量增加,菌丝生长速率呈下降趋势;维生素B1、B4、B6在供试范围内对菌丝生长的促进作用较强,维生素B2、B12对菌丝生长影响不显著,在含有8 mg/L维生素B4的培养基上菌丝生长最快;6-苄氨基嘌呤(6-BA)在供试范围内对菌丝生长的促进作用较强,6-糠氨基嘌呤(6-KT)质量浓度较高时(〉8 mg/L)可促进绣球菌菌丝生长。

The effects of inorganic salts,vitamins and phytohomones on the mycelial growth of Sparassis crispa were investigated in this study.The result indicated that the growth rate of Sparassis crispa reached its peaks at magnesium sulfate,monopotassium phosphate and sodium chloride concentration of the same level,1.0 g/L;the growth rate of Sparassis crispa presented downtrend with their concentrations increased.Among the vitamins tested,vitamin B1,B4 and B6 affected the mycelial growth of Sparassis crispa significantly,whereas vitamin B2 and B12 showed no significant effect,the best stimulatory vitamin for the growth of Sparassis crispa was vitamin B4 at 8 mg/L concentration.6-BA and 6-KT could stimulate the Sparassis crispa growth in the test range and 6-BA showed great promotion while 6-KT enhanced the growth of Sparassis crispa at a high concentration(8 mg/L).
